We installed a 70 gallon, Rheem, power-vented, propane water heater in this home. During a blizzard. (winter of 2011)
I’d also like to say publicly. Despite all this 1%er nonsense, we have had many wealthy clients over the years and they tend to be some of our the nicest, kindest clients. The homeowners of this 10M dollar home were very nice people, even tho there was a foreign guy keeping an eye on us while the job was underway. The lovely women of the home provided an assortment of drinks for us throughout the job. The husband made it a point to shake hands with a couple dirty plumbers after the job was completed. If I remember correctly the man said, “don’t worry, mine are too” when I informed him of my dirty hands as he went to shake mine. That’s from a movie with Gene Hackmen, but I love that quote and thoroughly enjoy working for down to earth people.
